We are looking for an exceptional individual who will be responsible for the development, directing, planning, oversight, and administration of the companies recruiting, training, and performance management programs. You must be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential to the success of this role. You will be responsible for helping create, manage, and present company training programs; managing the talent acquisition team; developing, implementing and managing the performance management process. This will be a "hands-on" role. You will help our company grow and succeed by sourcing, training, and developing its people.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with team leadership and key stakeholders, propose and agree project goals, approach, resources & responsibilities, interdependencies, timing and success measures.
  • Develop work plan and manage projects to meet agreed milestones.
  • Develop, Implement, and Lead the performance management process and create a culture of accountability and ongoing feedback through meaningful conversations, including performance growth and career development, with tools to support the process. Ensure ongoing review of the impact of the process through analysis of performance data and propose design improvements.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Team and the Training & Development Specialist.
  • Lead & Manage the Recruiting full life cycle by developing effective sourcing strategies.
  • Implement training and other educational programs for all levels.
  • Conduct training seminars monthly.
  • Assist with New employee orientation & on-boarding programs.
  • Support the company's mission, vision, & values initiatives.
  • Succession planning - You will help create and deliver programs on leadership and management development (future leaders).
  • Liaise with management to ensure training and educational programs achieve corporate goals & support business needs.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (i.e., manager training, coaching, mentoring, & online training).
  • Report results and feedback to senior management
  • Help Develop & Track the training budget and travel plans.
  • Create methods for measuring the effectiveness of training and development programs (adjust programs as required).
  • Help Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Core Competencies
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.

  • Ability to effectively interact with management of all levels, other members of the department and vendors.
  • Ability to engage and motivate.
  • Project management, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience training via E-Learning.
  • LMS knowledge 
  • Ability to create training videos 
  • 5 years plus training experience
  • 5 years plus Performance Mgt. administration
  • 5 years plus experience with Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
  • Experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels
  • 3-5 years managing talent and succession planning for mid to large size organization preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, LMS

Work Location: Remote Work | US Pacific Time Zone

Compensation: Depending on Experience
